MEDIKIT CORPORATION was founded in 2017, Dhaka, Bangladesh, with a mission to deliver high-quality products, and competitively priced medical devices to make healthcare more accessible and affordable around the Bangladesh. Over the last Six (6) years, we have become a leading supplier world’s latest Color Doppler 4D ultrasound machine, ECG, X-Ray, ETC, and marketer of medical devices in Bangladesh with a rapidly growing presence. We are expanding our distribution network. sales and sales support staff to bring our products closer to end users. We currently have IH skills and trained engineer sales executive for Installation, maintenance, and demonstration. sales and services door to door.

Service & Policy


The sole aim of our service team Is to deliver high-quality services that provide effective healthcare engineering solutions for our customers. Our field service engineers are trained to the very highest standard by the manufacturers whose equipment we support and we enjoy an excellent reputation in the industry through our commitment to forging and nurturing close relationships with our clients.

1. Warranty:
If any malfunction is caused by quality-related problems within one year from the date of purchasing calculating from the delivery day, the product can be repaired for free or returned.

2. Technical Training:
We will provide the customers with free training service. The traffic and accommodation charge will be on the customers’ accounts. Also. we will provide free technical support via e-mail, telephone, or online at any moment.

3, Compensation Installation, and Maintenance:
a) We provide compensation installation and maintenance services with free of cost If you need any of the warranty periods.

b) Technical Service Charge: refer to technical labor cost caused by offering spot repairs, maintenance, and training. If necessary after the warranty period.
